Use of Facilities
This mansion has an important architectural and historical value that should be respected. Please be careful with this heritage so that we can all enjoy this experience. In any case, the company is not responsible for possible breaks or damage that customers may cause due to non-responsible behaviours. Smoking is forbidden throughout the property and it can only be allowed in the garden area. Parties are also prohibited and silence must be kept in order to respect other guests from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Pets are not allowed in the establishment. Pets are not allowed.

Access to the Establishment
There are three doors to access to your room: main wooden door, secondary iron door and the one to your own room. They are all original and ancient doors, we appreciate if they are closed and opened with care.
To open the doors you will have a personal and non-transferable code for temporary use that will consist of 6 digital numbers, after pressing them and validate key on the keyboard, the lock will be opened. You will also have the white card, which turns on and off the lighting inside your room and by approximation can also open the doors more comfortably.
In case of loss or forgetfulness of the code or the card, please inform the establishment immediately to cancel them to reprogram others.
Smoking Area
Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the establishment except in the back garden area where outdoor chairs, sofas and plant pots used as ashtrays for cigarette buts have been set up for this purpose.
Wi-Fi
To connect to the hotel wi-fi you must search for the NAVA SUITES network and then enter the password Navasuites code to enter the hotspot, then you will be required to provide a username and a password provided to you when check in.
Plugs and Power
All our plugs and electrical appliances have a power rating of 220v.

Standard check out time is until 11:00 am. For any additional need, please check with the establishment to find out availability and cost.
Back Garden
In our amazing garden there are areas and spaces for your enjoyment. Smoking is only allowed in this area where ashtrays are placed there for that service.
Fires are not allowed in the barbecue area. In the low cabinets you have at your disposal board games for your entertainment and care.
The court side has a solarium area, hammocks and a shower as well as a ping pong table installation. Rackets and balls can be requested from the establishment.
Additional Services
You can contract with the establishment additional services with an extra charge. Reservation in advance is needed. Do not hesitate to contact us for any other service you need and not included below:
- Breakfast at your room or at the Casino. Breakfast in your suite from 8.30 to 10.00 a.m room (15€/pax) or the Nava continental breakfast in the terrace of La Laguna Casino (10€/pax). Breakfast time goes from 08:30h to 10:00h .
- Washing, drying and ironing clothes. Ask for the price list depending on the garment and service.
- Availability of slippers and bathrobe at 15€. (phrase pending)
- Custody of money or valuables. Depending on the amount of money or the type of belongings, a fee is applied for the receipt.
- Visit to the emblematic house which was the Consulate of the Sea and Land of the Canary Islands. This cultural visit takes 1 hour in groups of up to six people at the price of 50€.
